Today was the opening day of “Marmaduke.” My two sons and I went to go see it. Both boys stayed in their seats the whole movie, but they both had popcorn, candy, and a drink. In other words, I’m not sure if it was the movie holding their attention. In my opinion, the best parts of the movie were the ones shown in the trailer promoting Marmaduke. If my youngest son Collin (age 4) did not have all the snacks, our movie time would have been over in 15 minutes. Depending on how well your child does at movies, I believe Marmaduke is  aimed for ages 6 and up. Overall, the movie was o.k. and it was something for us to do.
